Is my money safe?
Payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment company. Your share is split to your own Paystack account at the moment of payment, so it never sits in a Storezn account.
When do I get paid?
Online payments are paid into your linked bank account by Paystack, usually the next business day. Your Payouts page shows every payment.
What does it cost?
You can start for free. Each online payment has one processing fee, shown before anyone pays, and you choose whether you or your customer covers it. Storezn+ adds extras for a monthly fee.
Can customers outside Nigeria buy from me?
Yes. Turn on international payments and your shop shows dollar prices and takes foreign cards and Apple Pay. You still set prices and get paid in naira.
What if I price each order differently?
Use invoices. Add the items - even ones not in your shop - set the price, and send the link. Customers can pay in full, or a deposit now and the rest later.
